Greek Pottery

As part of our ‘It’s All Greek To Me’ topic we made Greek lekanis pots. We made the main part of the pots using a pinching method. Then we needed to attach the base and handles by scoring and wetting the clay. Once they were dry, we painted a Greek pattern around the lip of the pot.
