Chicken Licken and World Book Day

We had such a busy first week back in Nursery. We have started our new topic ‘On the Farm’ and looked at ‘Chicken Licken’  which was also our chosen story for World Book Day. We loved hearing the rhyming words and learning the events in the story as well as making paper masks of the characters! We have been modelling chicks in the playdough, making collage chicks and painting and colouring lots of chicks! We also made bird feeders to help the bird in this cold weather.
